The Women’s Executive Board now facilitates virtual peer executive groups called Boards. Each Board is composed of ten to twelve women business executives from non-competing businesses from around the world.

The Boards meet remotely each month for half a day.

Each meeting is focused on a structured discussion of the members’ specific issues, opportunities, concerns or challenges. A professional facilitator selects the members of each Board and facilitates every meeting.

Meetings are confidential, which means you can confidently discuss, strategize and gain new perspectives on your most pressing issues in a judgement-free environment.

When you invest in yourself as a leader, the ROI for your personal and professional life is exponential. WEB will help you grow your business to the point where time and money are no longer in short supply.

Once invited to join WEB, you’ll pay an annual dues of $2000 which covers monthly 3 hour meetings for 12 months, as well as promotional and networking opportunities. For most Board Members, this fee is covered by their company, as business owners recognize the value and profitability that executive membership in our community brings.

Board membership is an annual commitment, and our retention rate is high. We do lose members, of course – women sell their businesses, or decide to change their priorities – but our retention rate from year to year is about 80%.
